Alexis Dean is an associate attorney at Hayes Thomas, PLC. Alexis graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee in 2021 with her B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Child-Family Studies before earning her J.D. from the Belmont University College of Law in 2024. During her time at Belmont, Alexis was a member of the Criminal Law Society as well as Belmont’s American Inns of Court chapter, an organization that focuses on professionalism in the legal field.

Alexis earned her criminal law certificate from Belmont as well and practiced for several years as a criminal defense attorney in Davidson County. Alexis’ time in criminal defense provided her with invaluable court expertise which she now uses at Hayes Thomas to provide guidance to our clients through complex family law disputes. 

            In her free time, Alexis enjoys yoga, Tennessee football, and spending time with friends.
